You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

7. Paid Services

Certain features of our services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid service:
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled

8. Termination

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trida Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trida Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
